John N. LaVelle, founder and president of Focus Insurance, has been in the insurance industry for nearly 15 years. John studied Finance at the University of Missouri – St. Louis and then began work with American Family Insurance for five years. He has specialized as a multi-line agent since 1995, offering Home, Life, Health, Auto and Business Insurance.
In 1999, John founded Focus Insurance as an independent broker. In the past 10 years the agency has grown and currently represents over 20 insurance companies. Focus Insurance employs over 10 agents and handles business in 40 different states.
